ELA Group has been in the design & construction industry since 1982, continually providing a wide range of repair and construction services for military and other government agencies, institutional and commercial projects around the region and CONUS.
ELA has over thirty years of combined experience in the construction industry, providing effective leadership and direction to project teams while focusing on safety, value, cost containment, and quality. Headquartered in Shreveport, Louisiana since August 1982, ELA serves clients in the local, state and Federal Governments. A proven record of accomplishment has been established through experience in the construction industry that includes the completion of successful projects in industrial, commercial, medical, office, retail and educational markets.

All work completed by ELA Group, Inc. for various Government contracts has required compliance with Federal procurement practices, laws, and regulations, including Service Contract Act (Operations & Maintenance contracts); Buy American, and Anti-Discrimination laws; as well as report Small and Disadvantaged Business Goals. All of our projects have strict adherence to Government guidelines for Safety, Quality Control, Security, and infection Control programs during construction, and several have been built to meet LEED Silver Certification criteria.
